Pathmagic does not keep you safe. You do.
Everything in the app — routes, water, campsites, hazards, timings — comes from hikers and from us, and any of it can be wrong or out of date. A river that was fordable in June is not in November. A note written last year describes last year. Carry a map and compass, know how to use them, check the weather, tell someone where you are going, and turn back when the day says so. Your judgment on the ground beats anything on your screen. We do not accept liability for decisions made in reliance on the app.

Pathmagic is run by Pathmagic Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17420934, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person using Pathmagic.
By creating an account, subscribing or using any part of Pathmagic, you agree to these terms. If you do not, the honest answer is not to use it.
